We don't distribute printed guidelines and proposals are accepted by invitation only.
Unless you're a current grant recipient, the only appropriate way to contact Quixote Foundation is by submitting an online Letter of Inquiry (LOI) if we're currently accepting LOIs in an interest area that's a direct fit with your work.
Please don't telephone or email the foundation with project briefings, to propose meetings or to request program information. We're a small foundation and don't have enough staff time to respond to these requests.
2008 Letters of Inquiry
Environmental protection and economic justice: We're currently developing our 2008 giving plan for these interest areas. Letters of inquiry are not accepted at this time. These two interest areas may open for LOIs later in 2008 so please check this web site frequently for updates.
U.S. election integrity, U.S. reproductive rights and U.S. media reform: Giving in these three interest areas is fully committed for the year. No additional LOIs will be considered in 2008.
